THE LAMBDA CHAPTER OF PHI GAMMA DELTA’S BOARD OF CHAPTER ADVISORS

The Board of Chapter Advisors’ responsibility is to assist the chapter in setting its goals, developing an action plan to achieve these goals, following-up to see that the action plan is being accomplished, and monitoring the continuation of the action plan. Leveraging official Phi Gamma Delta resources, this program is designed for Lambda around the chapter leaders. There are five BCA members aligned to the five cabinet positions and scholarship chair. In this role, we support the chapter by occasionally attending chapter, cabinet, and committee meetings. We also seek to build individual relationships with our brothers. Lastly, the BCA also orchestrates a chapter retreat every August at the Prindle Institute for Ethics as a goal-setting and planning session to kick off the academic year.

Lambda FIJI could not function without a wide array of volunteer support: House Corporation, Section Chief, our Purple Legionnaire, and the Board of Chapter Advisors are just a small few who invest year-over-year. We recognize that a healthy volunteer network requires an influx of fresh perspectives in order to keep its momentum. As with any volunteer organization, we have an unbounded need for creative thinking horsepower to continue driving the Phi Gamma Delta mission of uniting men in enduring friendships, stimulating the pursuit of knowledge, and building courageous leaders who serve the world with the best that is in them.
